Terms of Service for YouFast Application

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the YouFast application ("Application", "Service", "YouFast") operated by the YouFast development team ("us", "we", "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Application Description

YouFast is a utility application that provides a technical interface allowing users to implement their own VLESS protocol connections. The Application does not provide, sell, distribute, or operate any VPN or proxy services. YouFast functions solely as a tool that allows users to utilize their own VLESS keys within the application's interface.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your device and ensuring that unauthorized users do not access the Application through your device. You agree that you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your device.

3. Service Usage and Limitations

3.1 Technical Interface Only: You acknowledge that YouFast provides only the technical interface for implementing VLESS protocol connections and does not provide any internet connectivity services itself. 3.2 No Content Filtering or Monitoring: YouFast does not filter, censor, edit, or monitor any data transmitted through your use of the Application. We have no control over the content accessed through your connections and take no responsibility for such content. 3.3 Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The legality of using protocol connection tools varies by location, and it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws. 3.4 Bandwidth and Performance: The performance of connections established through YouFast depends on multiple factors including your internet connection, the source of your VLESS keys, and other technical considerations. We do not guarantee any specific level of performance, speed, or reliability.

You agree not to use the Service:

• To circumvent restrictions imposed by service providers in violation of their terms of service

11.1 Termination by You: You may stop using the Application at any time and may remove it from your device. 11.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
