End User License Agreement (EULA) for YouFast Application

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developers of YouFast ("Developers," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the YouFast application ("Application" or "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the YouFast application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

1. License Grant and Application Description

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the YouFast application for personal purposes on devices you own or control. YouFast is a utility application that provides a technical interface for users to implement their own VLESS protocol connections. The Application does not provide, sell, or distribute any VPN services itself. YouFast is solely a tool that allows users to utilize their own VLESS keys within the application's framework.

2. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or transfer the Application to any third party.
• Use the Application for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass or disable any security features of the Application.
• Use the Application to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Application.

3. User Connection Responsibilities

You understand and acknowledge that: The Application only provides the technical interface for implementing VLESS protocol connections. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary VLESS keys from legitimate sources. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any VLESS connection complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Developers do not monitor, control, or have access to any data transmitted through your use of the Application.

4. Intellectual Property

The YouFast application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application remain with the Developers.

5. Data and Privacy

The Application is designed with privacy in mind: We collect minimal user data necessary for the operation of the Application. The Application does not log or store your internet traffic or connection data. Your use of the YouFast application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle any information collected through the Application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The YouFast application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Services and Software

The Application may use or incorporate third-party software or services. Such third-party software or services are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The Developers are not responsible for any third-party software or services, and your use of any third-party software or services is at your own risk.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement within the Application or by notifying you through other means. Your continued use of the Application following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Russian Federation.

12. Compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines

This Application complies with all applicable App Store Review Guidelines. The Application does not provide VPN services itself but rather serves as a tool for users to implement their own VLESS protocol connections. The Application does not attempt to bypass any security features or functionality of iOS.
